Administering the WIAT
Audience:
Current Registered Psychologists, Registered Provisional Psychologists, and Masters level Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology/Counseling students, resource teachers
Prerequisites:
Masters level introductory course in formal assessment.
Academic Assessment using the WIAT: Administration and Interpretation

- This course is available exclusively in person. As a result, to ensure attendees receive hands-on practice and personalized feedback, the maximum number of participants will be limited to 10.

Take the next step in learning formal assessment by learning to administer the WIAT-III (the WIAT-IV is expected to be released in Canada in the fall of 2024). This course includes important foundational understanding of the assessment measure, how to properly administer the WIAT, how to score, and how to interpret results. This course is part of the Level 1 Formal Assessment Series of courses

- Learn and practice administration of the WIAT
- Learn and practice proper scoring of the WIAT
- Learn and practice interpreting WIAT results
- Learn and practice reporting results of the WIAT in professional written report
